- The Lead Merchant Banker assists the corporation in issue management. He has duties from pre-issue to post issue and also from compliances to operational guidelines.

- It is also called as Consortium Financing. When large amounts of funds are to be procured, a few banks/ financial institutions come together to provide financial services which are called loan syndication.
