Each week on "Boss of Me," we feature young self-starters who created their own jobs.

Ever since he was a kid, Greg Nobile has been making his ideas come to life. When he was just 6 years old - yes, you read right - he and his friends started putting on musicals in their backyard to raise money for charitable causes.

Now, at just 21, Nobile has moved from his backyard to Broadway. He co-produced A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder, the wildly successful Broadway play that earned 10 Tony nominations--the most nominated show this season--including one for Best Musical.

At such a young age, is Nobile intimidated by long-time Broadway power players?

"More than that, I'm energized," he told Pedro Andrade. "There's so much room for innovation in the Broadway space. It's totally exhilarating."

Nobile comes from a long line of entrepreneurs. For Nobile, the challenge was finding a way to align his passion for performance with an actual money-making career.

"I started to understand that there was this confluence between arts and commerce. And i never really understood that there was a relationship between the two," he said. "So producing was a natural marriage for what my passions were, and it's been laser vision since."

Laser vision is right. Nobile dropped out of college after only six weeks to pursue his career. But like all successful entrepreneurs, he made his fair share of mistakes. The key, he says, is to learn from them.

"I've made a million mistakes. I make them every day. But that's how i become a better producer and business person," Nobile said. "And I don't plan to stop making mistakes."

Stay tuned for more from the young producer, and tune in to the Tony Awards on June 8 to see how A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder fares. Visit us at: http://www.fusion.net
