Your mission, in starting a business, is to get one thing right for your target market. You should not launch a complex product with lots of features. You should not spend years in development before you launch. Launch quickly, for next to no money, and change quickly to meet the needs of your market. For best results, make sure you know who you want your product to be perfect for, and ensure that what you deliver to that market is something you know they want packaged in such a way they will tell others like them about it.
