The Nashguitars S-57 is a replica of a vintage 1957 Fender® Stratocaster®. With an ash body, maple neck with maple fingerboard, and period correct two-tone sunburst finish, the S-57 looks and feels like a worn-in guitar. But that is where the comparison ends. The S-57 boasts a huge complement of features that every pro player would want in their axe.

The S-57 has a 10 inch radius with higher frets crowned differently in order to avoid fret-out at higher registers. The guitar has three Custom Lollar single coil pickups. The pickups are virtually quiet with even output throughout each pickup position. The tone controls of the guitar are wired so you have control no matter what position you are in. These and many more custom options are standard in the Nashguitars S-57.

This recording is of our S-57 running through an original 1967 Fender Pro Reverb, recorded with an Audio Technica 4033 through an original Digidesign MBox using ProTools LE. The original MBox features pre-amps designed by Focusrite.
