1 ripe plantain Canola oil or butter to fry
Peel and cut the plantain Fry on medium-high heat. It is important the the butter or oil are hot before putting plantains in. When one side is golden, it take approximately 1 minute, flip plantain to get golden brown on the other side, dry cooked plaintains on a paper towel. Serve with refried beans and sour cream.
