Guided deep breathing exercise to bring awareness to the breath. Deep breathing can be done almost anywhere, anytime and in any position. Deep breathing uses the muscles under the rib cage, called the diaphragm. You can feel your stomach expand when you breathe in and relax as you breathe out. When starting out with deep breathing, try to practise basic deep breathing for a few minutes each day and do it more as you feel more comfortable.
