One of the most powerful features of the SE-1200MU Professional Production Switcher is its ability to store up to 9 user presets and recall them at any time.

There are at least 3 reasons why this is important. The first reason is that the SE-1200MU can be used for different productions without needing to reconfigure the switcher from scratch each time. Simply select the configuration preset for the location where the video switcher will be used.

Another reason is that it allows multiple operators to store their custom preferences within the switcher. Operator A's unique settings can be stored in save bank 1, and Operator B's settings can be stored in save bank 2, and so on.

The last reason is that it prevents accidental tampering of the SE-1200MU's settings during a live performance. If something seems wrong, or there's a possibility that some options were changed accidentally, the operator can instantly recall the proper settings saved in the user preset.
