2010.5.L Part 5:Stress, Visualization and the Mental Screen.

This meditation series provides a basic understanding that is built upon with each additional part in the series. I draw from my experience of study in metaphysics in developing this meditation series. If you are new to meditation or have been experiencing it for a while you will find benefit and additional understanding. It is always good to review the basics periodically. It is recommended to start with the intro to meditation first as each part in the series uses terms and techniques that are explained in previous lessons.

The beginning of the title for each part has the Year, .Number for the series number, Meditations have an .M and Lectures have an .L next and then a description of the material covered. Lectures contain a review of the meditations and new points and material to aid in your understanding of self improvement, meditation and metaphysics.

This series provides an introduction into meditation and to aid in your ascension. It is my hope that you will take more thorough training at some time. I will be covering suggested courses at the conclusion of the introduction series.
