@LostMYmind904 - You should download the full program (Ripped Abs and Chest programs) they will give all the information you are looking for. Other than that I would do the Ripped abs and Chest workouts 3X per week with one day off in between

@debiejeff1ftw - Hey Debie, thanks for the question. It all depends on what you goals are..this is a great workout you can do anytime, regardless of what day you train a specific bodypart...in fact, you can do pushups and abs 5-6 times per week (again depending on your goals) I was training for Muay Thai - where you must have muscular endurance and strong, solid mid-section, so I did this 3X per week, plus all the push-ups and abs that we did during our trianing sessions
