Short video on how to remove the Deer Tenderloins that so many of the butchers and processors grind up with the burger or just forget it. We process all of our harvests and it really is not all that difficult to master after the first one or two. I also show you the proper way to cut backstraps. This was taken from a harvest that my daughter's first deer ever. October 9th 2010 here in Kentucky for the youth season. Sorry for the shakey video and the up close view it was filmed using a Nikon Coolpics digital camera.
