Lt. Gov. Tate Reeves continued his focus on reforming the state's education system at a speech Wednesday at the Neshoba County Fair. Reform can improve students' academic results and grow a stronger workforce. He said he will work to bring public charter schools to Mississippi in the 2013 session.
