Paws on the Shore is a hiking group for dogs...with a twist!

Each month we organize hikes in the South Etobicoke / Mississauga area. All hikes are on leash and provide a safe environment for your dogs to socialize.
ALL dogs are welcome on our hikes! The best thing for any dog is proper socialization, stimulation and exercise.

Paws on the Shore strives to provide two distinct goals to its participants:

1. To provide an environment where ALL dogs can reap the benefits of proper socialization.
Socialization, stimulation and exercise are the keys to your dogs mental well being.

2. To raise awareness of local animal rescue organizations.
Each hike will highlight a different animal rescue/care organization. Donations for that particular organization will be accepted at the hike on their behalf.

ALL breeds and temperaments are welcome on our hikes, so bring the energetic and excited, the laid back and shy, the nervous and scared,
the bullies and the barkers!

Hikes are on-leash only and we ask that all by-laws be respected.

Lots of dogs have social issues and their owners feel embarrassed or scared to have them around other dogs or people.
Paws on the Shore is a place to safely socialize ALL dogs free from feelings of embarassment and looks of judgment.

If you feel that your dog is making another dog nervous or another dog is making your dog uncomfortable, we ask that you please just reposition yourself within the group accordingly.

Paws on the Shore's organizers are there if you need any info, advice or assistance.

Amazing donated prizes will be raffled off at the start of each hike with all proceeds going to the selected charity.
Raffle tickets are 1 ticket for $10.00 or 3 tickets for $20.00.

Come out for a scenic hike and to support a great cause!
