4 Common Stretches for Plantar Fasciitis and Achilles Tendinitis are demonstrated. The Negative Heel Stretch (the final one) should be avoided when these injuries occur. The Gastroc Stretch, The Soleus Stretch and the Plantar Fascial Wall Stretches are all safe to do with plantar fasciitis and achilles tendinitis. Never stretch with pain. See Dr Blake's blog for more insight into these problems at http://www.drblakeshealingsole.com/
