Cronofy's Real-Time Scheduling technology helps HR providers build great scheduling features into their applicant tracking system.
Instead of sending dozens of emails or making countless phone calls to get a candidate and interview panel to meet, our Real-Time Scheduling plugin connects an interview panel's schedules with applicant tracking systems.
Hiring managers can then generate a link to send to candidates which allows them to book their own interview. This link can be sent to two, twenty, or two hundred candidates, saving HR teams valuable time during the hiring process.
Availability updates as new calendar events are added to the interview panel's calendar, meaning that there's no risk of double-booking or two candidates booking the same interview slot.
Candidates can also connect their own calendar to ensure that they're kept informed of any changes to their interview.
Cronofy works with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Outlook.com, and Microsoft Exchange.
