Over 3400 students had a go at sailing
90% of kids who rated the day as AWESOME and indicated a desire to continue to sail
More than 100 schools participated
45 Yachting New Zealand affiliated clubs hosted potential new members
From Taipa to Bluff the Instructors collectively travelled the length and width of New Zealand

The Volvo Sailing…Have a go! programme will be back next season, restarting in term 4. If you would like to get your school or club involved in the 2016/2017 season, contact Yachting New Zealand. We will be taking bookings and putting together calendar over the winter months.
