The son of Asheville Police Chief Richard Anderson is indicted on several charges stemming from a car crash earlier this year. Chad Anderson faces four charges, including two felonies, obstruction of justice and conspiracy to obstruct justice, in the March wreck.Court documents say Anderson conspired with UNC-Asheville basketball player Jaron Lane to tell the cops he wasn't driving at the time of the crash.Lane has not been charged, but the district attorney says that's still under consideration.
