Hi everybody, it’s Jim Hudson here from accelerate me.net, and in this video you’re going to learn a rock-solid meditation method. I’m going to take you through it like a guided-meditation. But the principle and the concept of it is so easy to remember that you’re going to be able to take what you learn today and basically apply it, and meditate with it every single day by yourself.

So, it’s incredibly simple and fun to do. And it will really get you started in the best possible way.

But before we do that, I want to take you through a couple of ideas about meditation because it’s a topic that has been so misunderstood—there are so many weird ideas about it—I just wanted to clarify some things, and really get your head straight about it first.

The major thing that I like to start with when I’m talking to somebody about meditation is that it is a destructive force. It is massively self-destructive.

What I mean by this is that it takes your self-concept, your ego, all of the internal strategies you use, and it basically calls you up on them. It will seek out the false.

So all the rubbish, garbage ideas, the concepts, the mental patterns that you have that aren’t resourceful, or aren’t real, aren’t truthful to your inner core, your true self. It will take those, bring them up, and make you examine them, and most likely reject them.

So, meditation done correctly is a process of slowly of calling up and eliminating the false ideas in your self-concept. And you’ll find as your go through it is a battle, and it’s a battle that you can win. But those false things start to slowly fall away from your concept, from your self-image. And you start to blossom and flower and become your true self. Which is a very exciting and invigorating, liberating thing that’s going to happen to you.

So, I’m really excited about this meditation method and let’s get into it.

And the guided meditation begins....
