Boxer crab or pom-pom crab is a wonder of the nature. That crustacean has a cool habit of wearing gloves. Yes, they use tiny sea anemones as hand gloves. They pick small anemones with their claws and keep these for defense and offense.

Lybia tessellata or boxer crab is a crustacean. They are small in size. They rarely grows beyond 1 inch. The creature is good looking with a multi-colored body.

The animal live in the warm water of the Indo-Pacific region. It can be found in the sandy sea beds. They also live on coral reefs.

The pom-pom crab use its gloves i.e. anemones to threaten any predator. Most fishes are afraid of the anemones for its venomous stings. they also use the sting of the anemone to paralyze their prey, tiny warms.
