I have done this 3 times already finally figuring out everything. 2 back to back 200+ games. Watching the video will give you a full understanding on how to do all of this and when to do certain methods at the right times. Here is a written tutorial on how to get this kind of setup.

Requirements: 2 skilled players, your average teammate/enemie CoD players

Game Mode: Demolition

Map: Nuketown - Learn the spawns very well and this will make everything very easy.

Killstreaks: Chopper Gunner is a must. Most killstreaks are up to you, I would suggest one player using Spy Plane though.

Perks: Hardline, Sleight of Hand for the quick spawning, 3rd perk can be of your choice, I would suggest Marathon to get to the spawn fastest.

Guns: Any power weapon. Suggested guns are the Famas (Like in the video above) G11, Ak74u MP5k, and Galil.

Attachments: Suppresser, make it hard for them to know where you are spawn killing from, move around a lot to confuse them.

Grenades/Equipment: Semtex grenades for the quick throw over the map kills that explode isntantly on impact. Nova Gas for when the enemy is near a bomb site disarming/arming. Tactical Insertion for getting to the enemies spawns quickly.

The Strategy: Have one player on each side, middle doesn't matter so much for it being such a small map. Starting offense, first 1:30 of the map, don't arm a bomb. When it is down to 1:00 arm a bomb gaining approximately 5 more minutes to the round. Once the round is over you switch to defense. In defense you spawn kill until 1:30 has gone by, by then you and your skilled friend sit back and let the team arm a bomb. Since you and your friend are no longer killing for the 45 seconds it takes for the bomb to go off, they should be able to arm it becuase you are not there to help your team defend thus gaining another 5 minutes to Round 2. You want to treat your teammates like puppets. Let them arm when you want, let them disarm when you want. By now you know what to do if you sart on defense.

Halftime: You want to create a 3rd Round to the game to help your kills go up. I would suggest that if you are on offense, LET them win the round, don't arm the bomb and if your puppet teammates do, sit back and let the other team disarm it since YOU are in control of the map. Then once you are on defense, don't let them touch your A domb site.
