Please note: the audio is a split second faster than the picture from the Militia Safe House & onwards. Sorry. It is definitely on The Boss Extreme too.

I've made several changes to my existing Part 1 video to save a further 9 seconds. The Ground Zero sections are reused from my previous video as no changes were made to these 3 sections. This video would look incomplete without them. Every section from RZ:NW to the Advent Palace was redone. The changes & reasons are as follows:-

RZ:NW-
Removed the roll at the start to save 1 second. I previously chose to roll so I could skip the text & stand up quickly. That idea actually cost me time, hence the change. Rolling always adds a second to your time, unless its use equals running or saves more time than the 1 second needed for a roll.

RZ- No change. But I had to redo it none the less.

Mk.II:-
Changed the method to catch the 2 guards with just 1 use of the Stun Knife, thus eliminating the need for the other slam. You have to run into the first guard though. I also replaced the Stun Knife with the Mk.2 Pistol instead of the AK. This eliminated 1 weapon window in the equipping process. It all adds up.

Militia Safe House:-
Removed the slam at the start in favour of the quicker option. Shooting the wall causes the guard to face the left hand wall on your entry. Auto-Aim followed by a single shot allows you to freeze him. Otherwise he becomes immune to freezing if you don't. You can just run by him, but that causes the following method to become ineffective. Alternatively, you can just use the Stun Knife. Either way he needs to drop. The single shot takes effect shortly after you run off to the next room; which is the same as before.
Auto-Aim is quicker than a manual headshot at the next corner & it's more consistent too, which is always nice for a speedrunning method :) The roll into cover at the next corner is difficult to pull off consistently & the run & wait method is more consistent & isn't any slower.
Removed 1 shot & the slam for a much quicker method to deal with the guard in the hallway. You can also 'freeze' him, but you have to catch him as he turns or he will see you as you run off towards the next room. (Freeze him so he is facing to the right or in the opposite direction) Removed the roll before the headshots.
Improved positioning to target quicker headshots in the next room.
If you shoot slightly later in the next hallway the guard will run off into the corner & face the wall. You still need to roll though, otherwise he will hear the footsteps & trigger the Alert. It's safe too, as if you're slightly off, you will roll into him instead :)
I utilised the menu trick to save scrolling down to select 'Camo'. I also removed the roll just before equipping the M.E disguise. Removed the final roll over the box.

Urban Ruins- Changed the angle of the 2nd roll.

Downtown- Removed the roll at the start.

This run is far from completion. I will upload vids as I complete them. I can also guarantee the Big Boss title. I'm aiming for a very fast time too :)

Part 2 coming soon.

My friend has a variation on the Red Zone method. It is easier. The video is located in the video response section.
