In this community response video I wanted to cover the basics of stress as a system response from our minds and bodies. We often consider stress on a case-by-case basis, although it is actually more of an overwhelm syndrome from a culmination of life events. What are you doing actively to reduce stress, become calm, and take control of your life? This video offers a 9:1 ratio, 9 hours of work for 1 hour of stress reducing activity. This is a shorter video to experiment with how much content I need to put into explanations like this one.
