If not for the recent DMCA attacks on my WhiteJarrah channel, this video would have been posted and auto-played there during the week of the Apollo 1 fire and the space shuttle Challenger and Columbia disasters.
A few years ago I interviewed Roger Boisjoly, the Morton Thiokol engineer who knew the cold weather would render the Challenger's booster o-rings useless and tried to prevent the disaster. He talked mostly about the Challenger, but he also had some words to say about Apollo 1 and Columbia.
Boisjoly died two years ago, and thus the interview he gave me is now the last recording he ever made about this disaster. Hence, I have decided to title my upcoming documentary "The Last Say On Challenger".
