Here is the fix : TURN THE BLUETOOTH ON THEN OFF - Enjoy full-speed !

I have tried everything, even restoring it as new phone. Did not fix anything.

HTTP Proxy, DNS, disabling WPA AES, changing channel didn't work.

Inconsistent speeds - no problem. connecting to WPA2 AES networks, fast safari browsing, slow youtube & large apps download

When autoplay is enabled, a suggested video will automatically play next.
