I have been losing my Time Warner internet connection almost every day between about 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM, most days for the past five weeks. This is what my Time Warner cable modem looks like for about six hours every day, with the sync light just flashing and not steady as it should be. When it finally does come back on in the evening, the download speed is choppy, averaging around 300 KBS, and I only get back up to 6 MBPS around 10:00 PM. I've done all the usual things - been on the phone to customer service dozens of times, for many hours in total. I'm also on my third modem now. They sent out an engineer once a few weeks back, and another one is due tomorrow.
