With a large stability ball, lie on your back with your feet aligned with your hips. Place your left fingertips on the floor and your right hand behind your head. Tighten your stomach muscles and lift your left leg off the floor with your toes facing up, and then bend your knee while crunching upward. Alternate sides for three sets each.
