New possible DM for SNK Raiden

I was playing around with ideas for Raiden and thought that this would make a good DM for him without the need for creating new sprites. This is a very preliminary move. Kinda like I just put it together for the video. It's far from it's final version and still uses H's super sparks and so on. Kinda seeing what others think.
