An intro to my new running vlog series, AllisonRuns, where I will discuss how I went from fearing running to loving it. I will also give my personal tips on how to get started with running too!

***I modified this so I was running M/W/F/Sa and instead of "rest" on Tues/Thurs I did Cross Training and Strength Training. I had one rest day a week. I feel l had better results and got in better shape faster this way***
