Everybody Loves Somebody (Lane-Taylor) by Dean Martin, orchestra and chorus conducted by Ernie Freeman

Co-written years earlier by Dean’s piano accompanist Ken Lane, his chart-topping signature ballad had twice been previously recorded by Frank Sinatra without much success. It became the theme of Dino’s highly popular TV variety show which premiered in 1965.

Pop Chart Peaks: Billboard 1, Cash Box 1, Record World 2
