While Rock, It's Your Decision is ostensibly about the evils of rock and roll, the makers of this film seem more concerned with examining how adhering to evangelical ideals sets up young Jeff to be ridiculed and outcast, and how Jeff must then find the strength to suffer through life in order to be a good evangelical Christian. I mean, shouldn't we all strive to be suffering reactionary martyrs?
