Go to Fort Frolic, the only place with slots. Have a lot of money with you because it will take a little while. It is pretty safe so you don't have to worry about splicers attacking you. Hope this is help full. I heard from a friend that a knocked down slot machine has a better chance to give a jackpot. I get bored so I hit the slot machine, I don't think that it effects anything.
