Sipo Egg is a Kapampangan recipe that is always served in wedding receptions, parties and fiestas in the provinces of Pampanga and Tarlac. Kainang Pinoy presents our version of this recipe with ingredients that include quail eggs, shrimp, ham, mixed vegetables and savored with Nestle' cream as part of the sauce. Ingredients: 20 Pcs Quail Eggs (Boiled), 1 Pc Medium Size Onion (Chopped), 6 Cloves Garlic (Minced), 1/4 Cup Snow Peas (Chicharo), 1/2 Cup Carrots (Small Cubes), 1/2 Cup Green Peas, 1/2 Cup Cut Young Corn, 1 Cup Small Shrimps (Peeled with Tails On), 1/2 Cup Cooked Ham (Sliced into Small Squares), 1 Small Can Nestle Cream or Table Cream, 1 Tbsp Margarine or Butter, 1/2 Cup Water, Salt and Pepper to Taste.
