http://www.legendarystrength.com - My new record for most amount of weight in this lift. I've been having lots of fun using the Plateau Buster Swing Handle from Strongergrip as a partial deadlift. In total this lift is 705 lbs. done for a single. I need to get more big plates!

This is my new personal record in the partial deaflift I achieved a couple of days ago while training. You might ask yourself "What is that thing?" I use for making this pull. It's something called "Strongergrip Plateau Buster Swing Handle" which you can check out in this video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UEcZv... .

I really enjoy those heavy pulls on Strongergrip Plateau Buster Swing Handle, because this piece of equipment works your quads better as well as the upper back section. Last time I managed to do 685 lb lift, so I am happy with my progress. All I have to do now is buy more plates do set a new personal record!
