This is the music that plays in Lavender Town from Pokemon Red and Blue (Green in Japan). This is the original Japanese version of the piece that was edited upon worldwide release due to high-pitched noises that strained the speakers and can induce adverse effects when undeveloped ears are exposed to them.

And yes, Halloween special.

This version gives me anxiety and dread almost instantly. I can listen to the western version just fine. EDIT: Actually I think it's just a subconscious thing. It's like I'm expecting to feel that way so I get anxiety when the song starts but it's not actually the song it's just me. It's pretty crazy how a rumer can put such a negative energy being a song.

This song simply makes you feel lonely. In addition to the context of this ghost city and the cubone story. Also the melancholy you get of how much we miss being innocent childs playing our game boys. The tune has a very interesting combination of notes that give as a result an obscure sound. This Melody transports me back to times I’ll never be able to live again. It reminds me my personal issues. It really makes me feel nothing has value anymore
