Whether you are looking for a job or a date, the chances that you will succeed is almost always tied to your social bravado and ability to project confidence. Some people simply can't do that. Dylan Hartley and Troy Terwiel are two of those people.
Most would just call them shy, but doctors will say they have Social Anxiety Disorder, a mental illness that causes nervousness or anxiety in social situations. Is shyness actually a disease, or just a way to cash in by clinicalizing and treating peoples' personalities? Are pharmaceutical drugs really an answer to shyness? What else can people do to overcome debilitating shyness?
Shy guys Troy and Dylan try to answer these questions while pushing themselves to speak publicly, attend parties, and try to break out of their shells.
