The solder joints under by video chip broke AGAIN. There are lines visible on the BIOS splash screen, and the OS would freeze up upon trying to load the GUI. Heat was applied directly to the chip using a propane torch with the tip of the flame held about three inches away. Actual heating time was about three minutes. This is the third time I've done such a repair, but the first time I got it on video.
