Educator Phil Lees from Hamilton, Ontario, Canada shares in Hawai'i about how the passing of legislation in Canada, in 2005, which legalized Same Sex Marriage, has dramatically affected the Educational system in Canada. He talks about how school Curriculum has changed drastically since the passing of Same Sex Marriage in 2005, and how teachers and educators in Canada are now being required to teach "LGBT INCLUSIVENESS" Lessons that support and "embrace" LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bi-sexual, Transgender) Values. This curriculum is being taught in all grades K-12. Eventually Private Schools as well as Home Schools in Canada will be affected by this new curriculum. Phil connects his presentation to Hawai'i and shares how LGBT related organizations are already in Hawaii schools and how, if Hawai'i passes Same Sex Marriage, this curriculum will very likely be introduced as required curriculum for Hawai'i schools.
