This is 'ol reliable, -a 1985 Murray built Craftsman II 11hp Briggs & Stratton rear engine riding lawn mower with a 30" deck and and an 8-speed shift-on-the-fly transmission. I got this tractor in 2002; some guy down the street threw it out. Anyway, I fixed it up and used it at my folks house to cut the grass until 2005 when they had a bigger house built on the property, so since then this thing has sat right where you see it. Next spring I'll probably sell her because this lawns too small for a tractor with all this house on it now. This little tractor never gave me any trouble really, one of the best I've had. I needed to move it so they could till the soil for a garden, and I was anxious to see how it would do after sitting (drained of it's gas of course) for 3 years. Oh, and theres a metal cover that goes over the engine compartment, I think it's in the shed.
