In this series of videos we will show you how to cook vegetarian food. In lesson 1 we are starting with Asian dumplings, also known as Chinese dumplings or Japanese Gyoza.

Equipment / ingredients needed:
1. Non-sticking pan.
2. Canola Oil.
3. Dumplings.

1. Pour half a cup of water into the pan.
2. Pour a little bit of Canola Oil into the pan.
3. Turn on the stove and wait 1 minute.
4. Put the dumplings on the pan.
5. Flip the dumplings to sit upright.
6. Close the lid and wait 5 minutes.
7. Turn off the stove and eat the dumplings :)
