The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee released a post-State of the Union video highlighting the stark contrast on display: Democrats are standing with middle class families while Republicans are voting to restrict women's health care and obsessively repeal the Affordable Care Act.

As Congressional Republicans sat on their hands about commonsense solutions President Obama offered, Democrats focused on opportunity, action and optimism. From raising the minimum wage to rebuilding infrastructure and extending unemployment insurance, President Obama emphasized solutions that would help middle class Americans -- not take us back to a time when Americans went into bankruptcy over health care and when insurance companies could do whatever they wanted.

"Between voting to repeal the Affordable Care Act nearly 50 times, opposing commonsense solutions like raising minimum wage and repeatedly voting to undermine women's access to health care, the American people will reject House Republicans' wash-rinse-repeat routine," said Josh Schwerin of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. "House Republicans put their misplaced priorities on full display yesterday by launching their latest assault on women's health while continuing to refuse to support measures to strengthen to the middle class. The stark contrast on display today shows voters exactly who is on their side."
