A tropical storm forced the Republican National Convention to be postponed, but thousands of protesters didn't let a little rain stop them from rallying in Tampa, Florida Monday morning to voice their grievances against the GOP. Demonstrators from across the country gathered in downtown Tampa early Monday , where they then marched around the city's streets chanting messages for the Republican Party. GOP leaders will convene later this week at the convention, where they are expected to formally nominate Mitt Romney to challenge incumbent Barack Obama during November's presidential election.
