The answer is most likely no. Many investors in the Iraqi currency are betting that the dinar revaluation or dinar recaps will magically take their dinar from 1:10000 to 1:10 or some other fantastical overnight several thousand percent return on investment. If a dinar recapitalization was to occur, you would most likely have to exchange your current currency for a new currency. In which case you're simply turning in $100 worth of dinar for $100 worth of dinar.
This is like holding a stock that splits. Sure, you have twice the shares. However, the total value in stock you own never changed.
