Mugen WIP Agon The Atomic Dragon NEEDS HELP!!!!

SuperGeon Sprites were used to make this. It's still a WIP. The issue is the light attacks do not hit as you can see in the video, but the Heavy ones do! Any help anyone in the know can give me is appreciated! This is the first Mugen Character I tried to make. Only been into mugen about a month now.....as you can tell this is a KFM edit.
