After the passing of her estranged father, Fatima makes an unlikely friend at a hospital, Maria. Bound by pain, Fatima keeps coming back to hear Maria’s tale of the T-junction where she found love and loss in a ragtag community.

Baada ya kufiwa na baba yake, Fatima anapata rafiki asiyemtegemea hospitalini, anayeitwa Maria. Fatima anajikuta akirudi huko kuendelea kufatilia kisa hicho cha Maria kinachompitisha kwenye hisia za mapenzi na ghadhabu katika kundi la kihohehahe.

"T-Junction" is Amil Shivji's directorial feature debut which opened the Zanzibar International Film Festival on July 8th 2017. It won Best Feature Film, Best Actress and European African Film Award.

The film features a largely new cast from Tanzania and will be playing in century cinemax Mlimani city, August 11th.
