The US and Russian foreign ministers are due to hold their second round of talks in Geneva on how to secure Syria's chemical weapons. During the first day of talks in Geneva, Switzerland, John Kerry bluntly rejected the country's pledge to begin a "standard process" by turning over information rather than weapons - and nothing immediately.

"This is not a game," the US Secretary of State declared with Russian foreign minister Sergey Lavrov at his side, "the words of the Syrian regime in our judgment are simply not enough." Report by Katie Lamborn.
