Recipe; 1 yellow onion 4 tbs of breadcrumbs 1/2 cup (1,5 dl) of water 1 tsp of salt 1 pound (400gr) of minced/ground meat 1 tbs of margarine/butter 1 egg (optional) Black pepper
Mix water, breadcrumbs, salt and black pepper in a bowl. Let sit for a while. Ground up the onion and add to the mix along with the minced meat. Mix until it is pretty smooth, then add the egg (optional) and more spices (also optional). Form into balls and fry on medium heat until they have nice color. Lower the temperature and fry for another 5 minutes or until they are ready.
Serve with boiled potatoes, lingonberry jam, vegetables and a simple sauce. Enjoy :)
