A 2009 unclassified Defense Analysis Report gives a technology forecast stating: "Worldwide Research on Low-Energy Nuclear Reactions Increasing and Gaining Acceptance."

@MTL911Truth - Agreed. But only 1 in every 10,000 people know what LENR is and so the message does not get out to the intended audience. Sad but true.

@MrAbsoluteknowledge No plant in October? Where did you read that, Cracked or The Enquirer? The plant is still planned for unveiling in October, but in the USA, not Greece.
