Wild rice pilaf
11/2 cups brown rice
3/4 cup wild rice
4 cups water
3 tablespoons tamari
4 dried shittake mushrooms
1 onion (diced)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
2 stalks celery (diced)
2 carrots (diced)
1 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
1/4 cup parsley (minced)
