I needed a bunch of extremely cheap cowboy boots for my Halloween display. I played with making a pattern then bought a roll of thin cheap sheet vinyl flooring and cut out enough pieces for a dozen pairs of boots. I use a piece of plastic pipe and a styrofoam foot form to help hold the shape while constructing the boot, with a liberal use of duct tape. I spray paint them with primer then add color and designs. My skeleton cowboys have removable feet, so one size definitely fits all. This slideshow is of the assembly process.
