The Trim Down Club is not actually a "diet" program, but it's a way of eating that fits the weight you'd like to be, and helps build healthy long-term habits. The program considers your gender, height, weight, and overall goals to assess where you are at and where you need to go.
Though some diet plans may work for the masses, we understand that dieting is a very individual thing and that you need to approach it from your own point of view. We take YOU into consideration and that alone is what makes us different than anything else out there.
The principles of the program are very, very simple: You learn how to eliminate the "bad" stuff from your everyday life, and learn how to find and eat the good stuff. Our program and tools are based on proven ways to lose weight -- and keep it off -- that do NOT require crazy fad diets or starving yourself. We provide a regime based on the nutritional needs of your goal weight, to help you get used to how you will eat when maintaining this weight.
The Trim Down Club was established by professional and certified nutritionists and dietitians. One of them is Ossie, our chief nutritionist, who says: "The Trim Down Club is not about cutting calories or trimming down your portions. Sure you want to be conscious of the way you eat, but you also want to be in tune with what you eat as well. Counting calories is not an effective or long-term solution, and that's why in the end it never works. This program is about promoting a healthy lifestyle".
