From Paul's 1982 solo album Tug of War (his first album after John Lennon's death), this song is a tribute to John, and Paul still plays it (alone with his guitar) in his concerts. I play here the album version, which differs from the live version in the "ooh..." bits (live, he alternates between Cm and Csus2, instead of the descending run over the Cm) and the ending (he normally adds a C). See the chords and tabs in the annotations.
TO THOSE WHO SAW MY PREVIOUS VERSION: During the bridge, the correct notes to play on string 6 (during Em) are G and E, as shown here (not G#, E). However, these notes are not played by Paul, but by a cello or some other string instrument :)
